1.00pm: The Festival ground opens

1.00pm-4.45pm: The indoor swimming pool opens

7.15pm: Opening ceremony preparation on pitch 2 and 3

7.30pm: Opening ceremony on the stadium with entry, music and much more

Wednesday July 28

8.00am-7.30pm: Preliminary matches in the group play

10.00am: The festival ground opens

1.00pm-4.45pm: The indoor swimming pool opens
(tickets can be purchased at the information desk)

7.30pm: Karaoke and disco in the festival tent

8.00pm: Official reception for team managers at the Town Hall of Aarhus

Thursday July 29

8.00am-4.30pm: Qualification round and preliminary matches

10.00am: The festival ground opens

11.00am-11.00pm: Free entrance at Tivoli Friheden
(shuttle busses are driving all day)

1.00pm-3.00pm: The indoor swimming pool opens
(tickets can be purchased at the information desk)

5.00pm-9.00pm: Silvan Barbeque Night at Tivoli Friheden

6.30pm: Jerry and the Honkytonks plays at the big scene in Tivoli Friheden

Friday July 30

8.00am-7.30pm: Qualification rounds in all classes

10.00am: The festival ground opens

1.00pm-4.45pm: The indoor swimming pool opens
(tickets can be purchased at the information desk)

7.30pm: Disco with Discotheque Spirillen in Margeritsalen

8.00pm: Coach' Night in the festival tent

Saturday July 31

9.00am-8.00pm: Finals and ranking matches in all classes

10.00am: The festival ground opens

10.00am-8.15pm: Prize ceremonies
